Sandler Training by Peak Performance Management, Pittsburgh Under New Ownership

Sandler Training by Peak Performance Management in Pittsburgh, founded by John Rosso in 1994, has been acquired by new CEO and Owner Sean Coyle, a longtime associate and partner of John’s dating back to 1999.

Sandler Training, is the largest sales, management, and leadership training organization in the world with more than 250 training centers globally (www.Sandler.com).

John founded his Sandler Training center in 1994 after a successful career with IBM. Starting with cold calls in the basement of his first home-based office, John grew the Pittsburgh center to be the largest and most successful in the global Sandler network. Along the way he developed his people and clients by being a true product of the Sandler product. 8 years ago, he purchased a second Sandler center in South Carolina, now considered another top training center in the network. John will continue to lend his talents by leading part of their 2-day sales academies in Pittsburgh and will continue his Sandler journey as the owner of the Charleston, SC Sandler Training business. John is excited to keep teaching Sandler until he is at least 82!

John said, “Pittsburgh is home. It is home to great people, a great Sandler team, and great clients. It has been such a blessing to spend 25 years in Pittsburgh. Sean and I were partners for over 10 years and he is excited to get back!”

New CEO, Sean Coyle, joined John in 1999 as an associate and eventually became a minority partner. Sean left the Sandler network for a short time to pursue other opportunities and returned in 2016 to support Sandler’s growing global sales network. Sean has partnered with John Lynch, retired President & CEO of ECSI and former Sandler client in the acquisition. The team of Jim Gaffney, Scot Teachout, Len Petrancosta, and Cindy Schall will stay intact.

“I am thrilled by the opportunity to get back to my Sandler Training roots. John has laid an incredible path for our future success both personally and professionally. The team of professionals at Sandler Training by Peak Performance is second to none. They are a tenured and talented group of salespeople, trainers, coaches and mentors. This is an exciting investment. Pittsburgh is an amazing city to be doing business in due to the diversity of organizations we can impact.”, shared Sean.

Sandler Training by Peak Performance provides sales, sales management, customer service and leadership training and coaching services for all businesses (www.peakperformance.sandler.com).
